"Never fear, I'm your girl," Lucy assures him, winking exaggerated at him.

But that wouldn't have been any fun and it's just sad if you're drinking alone at your house. Drinking alone in public is far more acceptable. At least there's the chance for it to become social drinking. In Lucy's experience, there are actually three kinds of drunks: the funny drunk, the violent drunk and the crying drunk. If he ends up violent, there's a good chance someone can help Lucy and Jill get him outside the bar. If he ends up the crying drunk...well, perhaps he ought to go home. She'll keep her fingers crossed for a funny drunk.

He'll never know until he tries.

It's obvious when the alcohol starts to take hold of him. Lucy bites her bottom lip around a grin, leaning closer to him. Her brows go up and she's about to ask him 'do what' when he clarifies. She laughs at that. "Only if they're very pretty, stupid men," she assures him.
