Arguing wouldn't do much good in this case anyway. Matt is feeling far too guilty about what has happened to Foggy, about what he let happen to him. He shouldn't feel bad about letting Matt take care of him either. Matt has put him through a lot in the past. He owes him this much.
He chuckles a little and shakes his head. "No, but I'll get you in the cab then make it home before you do. I'll come out and pay the cab fare when you get there."
Matt is so, so grateful that Foggy is out of there. He's so grateful that he'd gotten to him before things had gone worse. Once they're on the sidewalk, he steps to the curb to hail a cab, keeping Foggy close to him.
Of course, there's a good chance with all the bad press he's been getting lately that a cab won't actually stop for Daredevil.
